Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Has Lots of Rules for the Florida Blue Free Concert Featuring Tiempo Libre

The Florida Blue free Concert Series kicks off with Tiempo Libre on Friday, February 27, 6:00 at the Dr. Phillips Center, Seneff Arts Plaza (445 South Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801).
Guidelines:
  • All bags and/or guests are subject to be searched.
  • Concessions, beer and wine will be available for sale starting at 5:00 pm until after show intermission
  • Guests are permitted to bring closed, clear plastic bottles of water
  • Restroom trailers available on site
  • All bags and/or guests are subject to be searched
  • No ATM on site
  • Prohibited Items:
  • Chairs
  • Wagons and carts
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Coolers
  • Outside alcohol
  • Glass containers
  • Pets, with the exception of service animals
  • Signs/posters with poles, sticks, indecent or derogatory comments/images
  • Signs/posters must not be larger than 2x2
  • Large umbrellas
  • Video cameras, laptops, cameras with detachable lenses greater than 6 inches
  • Weapons, lasers pointers, fireworks
  • Skates, skateboards, cycles, recreational equipment
  • Unauthorized solicitation, handbills, giveaways, or sampling
  • Any other items that could be deemed as dangerous, illegal and/or detrimental to others enjoying the show
